So, thanks to some complications my Mac's hard-drive died, and some of my art with it. I was sure that I had moved the series I have been posting to an external drive, but it appears #2 in the anime women has gone, as well as the first 2 in my pairing series I had redrawn #2, and I was sooo proud of it, and I was sure I had moved it, but it appears it didn't make it. ((
So now I have to redraw it again, but I'm sure it won't be as good.
The battery in my laptop was starting to go, so I was using it as a desktop, but the magnetic stripping on the cord was wearing off, so it would shut off on it's own without warning. This corrupted my hard-drive to the point that it couldn't boot. I took it in to get repaired, and was told that it would cost 100$ to retrieve my data, and there was only a 50% chance of getting it. So I couldn't do that, but I got the hard-drive replaced. It's still in the repair shop until I can afford to pick it up. So I will post the #3's, but the pairing series will be a while, since I have to re-do 2 now.
I guess the lesson here is always be over-cautious in backing up data.

Soooo it's been a long time since I've posted anything here. Not that anyone reads them anyway... anywho, I'm into the top 5 of my fave anime men & women series! I've also got 3 of the pairings done, with a few sketches. I'll start posting that series when I finish with this one.

The new Fairy Tail anime is getting better, but I'm sad that they changed the theme music. It's still not living up to the first in terms of quality, but at this point I don't expect it to.

Sailor Moon Crystal is also awesome, although it sucks that it's out only on the 1st and 3rd Saturdays of the month. I've heard rumors that it will include the Black Moon arc, which if true gives me hope that they'll do the rest of the arcs too. But yay Sailor Pluto! In the first 2 manga arcs there are 23 chapters, which if they stick to an act an episode then that will leave 3 open. Likely this means that some acts will be split over 2 episodes, for more action. I won't complain about that!

So I've entered the top 10 of my anime faves for anyone who cares The top anime pairings will still be a while though. Between world of warcraft and job hunting I have little time. Trying to figure out what's next in life too *sigh. My MSc fell apart, I had an awful part time job that I quit. I still tutor math and phyiscs, but I'm not sure what's next. So many things I want to do, so little money...

Anyway, I'm excited Fairy Tail is back in anime form, however disappointed with the "updated" character designs, which are sloppy at best. The anime was getting more and more similar to the manga art, but now it's changed and isn't nearly as good. Plus they seem to have gotten rid of the cool magic circles, which sucks too. I take a lot of screenshots, but I find my numbers have been decreasing. Like the battle between Gray and Rufus, I was looking forward to that, and getting lots of screenshots, but alas no. Even the shot of Gray wearing Rufus' hat sucked. I'm happy it's back, I just hope they improve the graphics again.
I'm also happy that Sailor Moon is coming back, not only in hopes of seeing a series true to the manga, but also because of all the merchandise. To buy stuff online before would cost me a lot of money, but now that new stuff is being made, I can collect things again! And the new S.H. Figurearts figures are awesome. The next one to be released after Sailor Venus is Sailor Saturn which makes me very happy!

Anyway, I'll hopefully be back with more arts soon...

So I've been bad at updating lately... mostly due to the fact that I have started playing WoW...
But I'm almost into the top ten of my fave character series, which means I really have to get back to working on my fave pairing series. I've got 1.5 images done so far, a few sketches but much more to go!

A note on #11 Kirito: he does have a pic that is not a collage, but I posted it as a preview a long time ago. I renamed it, but didn't see a point in reposting it.

And more fun stuff:
Fairy Tail 2.0 starts tomorrow which I'm excited about. Sailor Moon 2014 has a name now: Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon Crystal. The producers have announced that the series is a remake of the manga. The art is going to stay closer to the manga too, so I'm assuming it will actually follow the manga this time!
I also found out that Magical Suite Prism Nana is not a new anime by SHAFT but a slot machine game... *sigh. All of those previews and ads were misleading to say the least.

Anywho, I will try and find more time for art!

So my question is: Is Jellal dead?

The name of the next chapter is called "The Place Prayers Reach". So I'm thinking it will involve Jellal and Erza. Either Jellal will sense Erza's predicament and he'll make some sort of comeback, or Erza will sense his and go berserker. Or they'll just somehow communicate with each other.
I can't see Mashima killing off Jellal without some scene between him and Erza... but that doesn't mean he won't. Now Meldy is in trouble too, since there's nothing stopping oracion seis (or at least Zero) from attacking her now.

Also, if Jellal dies and face is released, pretty much everyone is screwed. None of fairy tail can go against Tartaros without magic. Maybe there will be some default seal in Jellal that will protect the last seal from dying or something? Either way, without magic I'm not sure how this arc will pan out.

Cana suspects Elfman, so the lacrima will probably be stopped somehow, but right now things look pretty bad for all the characters. Fairy Tail could get obliterated, Erza is being tortured, Mira is being turned into a demon, Natsu is captured, and now Jellal might be dead. Things are getting good, but I hope Jellal isn't dead. Mashima has hinted that Jellal will die, but I'm hoping they at least settle things between Jellal and Erza first. I can't wait for next weeks now...

On another note, I'm still thinking that Silver is Gray's father, but his comment on Natsu makes me wonder if this is some sort of future Gray? I hope not, honestly that would just be dumb. But he could have had some contact with Zeref and changed his name... I don't know but I'm hoping it's his dad, not future him.
